Dr. Sarah Mithani was raised in Cresco, PA, a small town in the Pocono Mountains. She double-majored in Biology and Philosophy while attending the University of Scranton for her undergraduate degrees. Her love for animals started early, growing up in a household full of dogs, cats, fish and even chickens. Growing up she worked as a kennel technician and a veterinary assistant at the local clinic in her hometown. After college, she moved to eastern Tennessee and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. While in school, she was interested in dermatology and ultrasound.
When she isn’t working, Dr.Mithani loves going to the movie theater, trying out new local restaurants, and walking her dog, Daisy. She also enjoys live music and spending time with her family.
