Dental Technician
Tim is a member of NAVTA (National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America), AVDS (American Veterinary Dental Society) as well as current mentee of the AVDT (Academy of Veterinary Dental Technicians) and is preparing to sit for the 2009 Dental Specialty Exam.
Tim was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and graduated from West Milford Township High School in 1981. He Received an Associate in Applied Science degree in Animal Science Technology from Camden County College in 1992 and worked for several small animal practices in New Jersey before settling in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. He began working at The Wright Veterinary Medical Center as a Veterinary Technician and after 3 years left to teach Veterinary Technology Students at Bergen Community College in Northern New Jersey. Tim then returned to Wright Veterinary Medical Center to work in the Dental Department, where he currently performs the small animal hygienic work including ultrasonic scaling, polishing, charting and dental radiography for the practice. |
